what's cookin'


as of today, i have successfully followed a vegan diet for one week. although some meals were harder than others, like the brunch at elmer's with my sister & mother, i have managed to avoid all animal products {eggs, dairy, meat, cheese, etc.}. with the latest "meat alternatives", cooking vegan meals is easier than ever. luckily, two cookbooks i ordered last week just arrived, filled with great vegan and vegetarian recipes!
